The learning summary for your attorney
When you finish, download a one-page summary from My Courses. It lists each course you completed, the completion date, the estimated study time, the certificate number your attorney or board can verify online, and the learning objectives covered. It is designed to sit in a mitigation bundle next to your certificates and your own reflective accounts.

How it fits around your case
- Talk to your attorney first. They know what your board and the investigator will look for.
- Pick the matching pack and study at your own pace, on any device.
- Write each reflective account in your own words, without identifying patients.
- Download your certificates and learning summary and pass them to your attorney.
If your board has already ordered a specific course or provider, follow that order: these packs do not replace a board-ordered program. Your attorney can tell you whether voluntary learning will help in your case.

Questions
Will a pack make my board drop the complaint?
No course can promise an outcome. Boards and investigators look at insight, remediation and changed practice, and structured learning with written reflection is one way to show them. Your attorney can advise how to present it.
Can I swap a course in a pack?
Yes. Email us within 14 days, before you start the course you want to swap, and we will replace it with another US course.
What if I already own one of the courses?
Tell us before you buy and we will suggest a different third course, or refund the overlap after purchase.
Is the learning summary a certificate?
No. It is a one-page record of the courses you completed. Each course also has its own certificate of completion with a number that can be verified online.
